You can delete your TarotVibe account and the personal data associated with it at any time. This page explains how, what gets deleted, and what (if anything) we keep and for how long.
The fastest way to remove your account and cloud-stored data:
Your account, active sessions, cloud-stored readings, journal notes, onboarding data, and related server-side analysis records are permanently deleted immediately. The on-device copy is removed when you uninstall or clear app storage.
If you cannot access the app, email us from the address associated with your TarotVibe account:
We will verify the request comes from the account’s registered email address, then complete deletion within 30 days. We will reply once it is done.

For security, fraud prevention, and legal compliance, we may retain a limited amount of information after account deletion:
Active subscriptions are managed by Google Play and are not automatically canceled when you delete your account. To cancel a subscription, open the Google Play Store app on the device where you subscribed, go to Subscriptions, select TarotVibe, and tap Cancel subscription. Refund requests are also handled by Google Play.
